This huge Super Mario Bros. cake was based on one I made earlier, but much larger and with more characters this time. It was a bit tricky being so big but I was pleased with how it turned out and I hope Dylan loved it.

Thank you so much for making Dylan’s cake. He was in awe with the Mario characters. All the kids at the party loved it (as well as the parents) and the vanilla cake with chocolate ganache, jam and buttercream was a real hit.
It’s always nice to see a smile on a child’s face and you definitely did that by making this wonderful cake.
